BABY: THE BEST TRAVEL STROLLER REVIEW

When travelling with a baby, particularly overseas, it is often a dilemma about whether to bring a stroller. Especially for destinations like Japan where lifts and elevators are quite rare, or if there is one, they are often quite busy. Our daughter was 7 months when we decided to go to Japan and given my husband’s bad back, we didn’t want to rely on just a carrier (although this is a must-bring item!). We wanted to find the perfect lightweight stroller that ticked all our boxes.

BABY: What My 10 Month Old Eats in A Day (recipes included)

When my daughter turned 10 months, she didn’t want to be spoon-fed anymore. She was becoming more independent and wanted to feed herself instead. She also became really fussy with what food was given to her and wouldn’t have the same food for more than a few days in a row. I’m not the greatest cook, but in order for her to thrive, I have had to do some research and try out different recipes (and change them) to cater for her needs.

MOTHERHOOD: Will I Ever Be Good Enough?
As a mother, the most peaceful time is often when the kids are sleeping. It’s when their bodies grow and their minds dream. As I gaze at her, watching her smiling in her sleep or reaching out at nothing, my mind also wanders. I think back to her newborn days where every day was a struggle. Everything was dedicated to her thriving, whilst I seemingly survived on adrenaline (and Ubereats!). I wasn’t sure if we would make it through. Those days seem like a while ago, but somehow the doubts I struggled with still creep into my thoughts.
